Venini / Ciclone / Aquamarine-red vase 41 cm

It's a real cyclone, this magnificent Murano glass vase by Venini. Made with the filigree technique, the glass rods were placed side by side and brought to a liquid state. After which they were worked by master glassmakers, designing a torchon. A high quality decorative object to be displayed in both classic and modern environments. Venini was founded in 1921 at the hands of the Milanese lawyer Paolo Venini and the Venetian antiques dealer Giacomo Cappellin. There were many star architects who collaborated with the company including: Alessandro Mendini, Carlo Scarpa, Fabio Novembre and Gio Ponti.
