If you love cooking pizza at home, the product that's right for you is Pizza Stone by Emile Henry, the ceramic refractory stone without nickel, camdium and lead, resistant to high temperatures thanks to high-fire ceramic cooking. The stone can be used in the traditional oven, microwave and on the barbecue. We advise you to heat the stone before baking the pizza. When this is ready, its color will become burgundy. If you want to obtain a biscuity result, however, you will only need to heat it for a couple of minutes and the cooking times will be longer. Also suitable for washing in the dishwasher.
