Alessi / Girotondo / Jar

Airtight jar in silk-screened glass and lid in polished 18/10 stainless steel. He is part of the King Kong family. This nice drawing was designed by architects Stefano Giovannoni and Guido Venturini following the advice of Alessandro Mendini. They offer Alessi an object with a motif of little men, the kind that children make with scissors. The Girotondo project (1989) will become a best seller at Alessi.
