Alessi / Orion's Belt / Pot / Trilamina / 20 cm

It was designed by the star architect Richard Sapper in collaboration with the starred chef, Gualtiero Marchesi. The cylindrical pan is made of trilamina (steel, aluminium, steel), which guarantees optimal thermal distribution along the entire surface of the pan and also allows use on induction heat sources. Ideal for boiling, simmering or steaming. Cooking times are shortened, foods are cooked evenly.
