The star architect Richard Sapper in collaboration with the starred chef, Gualtiero Marchesi, designed this trilaminate pan (steel, aluminium, steel), which guarantees optimal thermal distribution along the entire surface of the pan and also allows use on sources of induction heat. Ideal for braised meats, stews, roasts or vegetables. Cooking times are shortened, foods are cooked evenly.
