The Pizza Stone plate allows you to cook an excellent pizza like the one eaten in a pizzeria on the barbecue and in the oven. The refractory stone is made of BBQ ceramic and offers a homogeneous diffusion of heat which allows you to make a fine, golden and crunchy pizza. It can withstand up to 490° and is dishwasher safe.
