Haviland. Monkey. Tray designed by the French painter Alain Thomas, founding father of the contemporary naïve movement. The exotic landscape, between banana leaves and fantastic corollas, frames a monkey who seems amused at being portrayed by Thomas. The elegant colors and pure gold give preciousness to this tray. Haviland, an American company founded way back in 1840, produces furnishing accessories and tableware in Limoges porcelain. In recent years it has also introduced glassware and silver.
