Alessi, Florence. ABS wall clock with quartz movement, black colour. Minimal design, light not only visually but also in structure, its dial winks at the past thanks to its large Roman numerals that mark the passage of time. Made by Achille Castiglioni in collaboration with his brother Pier Giacomo. Alessi is an Italian company founded in 1921. During its long history it has collaborated with the major Italian and international architects. They include Aldo Rossi, Stefano Giovannoni, Philippe Starck, Zaha Hadid, Alessandro Mendini, Richard Sapper, Michael Graves and Ettore Sottsass.
