The cheese maker is a classic from the Alessi catalogue. The one designed by Ettore Sottsass, made of 18/10 stainless steel and glass, completes a "beautiful table". Practical and functional, it is really simple to clean. During its long history it has collaborated with major Italian and international architects. They include Aldo Rossi, Stefano Giovannoni, Philippe Starck, Zaha Hadid, Alessandro Mendini, Richard Sapper, Michael Graves, Virgil Abloh and Ettore Sottsass.
