The Pasta Pot, studied and designed by the French chef Alain Ducasse and the designer Patrick Jouin, uses an ancient cooking method inspired by the concept of concentration, where the starch released by the pasta binds to the food, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. The conical-shaped pan was made of trilamina (steel+aluminium+steel), a material that allows for excellent heat distribution and conductivity. The long, hollow handle was made using the casting technique and the lid is characterized by a curved blanking that allows heat to escape. Equipped with melamine spoon and trivet. Magnetic steel bottom suitable for induction cooking.
