Alessi / Mami / Bourguignon service

Small pieces of meat can be cooked with fondue bourguignonne, usually accompanied by sauces. Typical Swiss dish, it arrives in homes all over the world thanks to Stefano Giovannoni. The bourguignonne service is composed of: long-handled saucepan in 18/10 stainless steel with heat-diffusing bottom and black wooden handle, cast iron support, burner and tray in 18/10 stainless steel.
